He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Washington and Isabell Monroe Washington; his wife Annie Mae Fedrick Washington; his siblings, Pauline, Clara, Naomi, Paul and Matthew; and his sister-in-law Betty Washington.
He is survived by: his children, Alexandra (Theodore Sanders), Leslea (Pentry McAfee), Burnell Jinks of Patterson and Frederick Washington of Tampa, FL; his siblings, Queen Joseph (Herbert) of Boynton Beach, FL, Isabell Smith (Earl) of Patterson, Annie Mae Smiley of Waycross and Daniel Washington of Offerman; his aunt Naomi Whitehead of Farrell, PA; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Wood, Ja'Courtney Cunningham, Gerald Cunningham, Theodore Wood, Ethan Sanders, Dystany Cunningham, Nick Mathis and Dianna Sanders. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
