He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Atkinson and Patsy Atkinson (Touchton); and his brother Tracy Atkinson. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Atkinson; his brother Travis (Leigh Ann); his sons, Tyler Atkinson and Justin Emory; his stepsons, Justin Emory (Tyler Atkinson) and Wesley Richardson; his grandson Carson Emory; his nephew Luke Atkinson; and his niece Taylor Atkinson.
