He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Harrell and Hazel Harrell of Port St; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his sister Sue Peacock (Stony); his children, Stephanie of Panama City, Levi Dodson of Panama City and Tommy Martin of Panama City; his niece Tina Peacock; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, MiCaelah, Levi, Ezra, Bryson, RiLeigh-Jean and Kash.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Hill Cemetery (1665 Madison St, Port St Joe, FL 32456).
