She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Catherine Jackson Walker and Green Samuel Walker; her former husbands, Frank Powell and Donald Parker; her son Harold Kenny Harris; and her siblings, John Thomas Walker Woodrow and Vera Mae Walker Chapman.
She is survived by: her son James Randall Powell (Tabaitha, Samuel Eugene); her daughter-in-law Dorothy Harris; and her cousin Margaret Carter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren.
