He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Tharpe and Margie Tharpe. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Tharpe; his son Ken Tharpe; and his siblings, Coleman Tharpe and Mary Ellen Mayhand.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial Park (8750 US-98, Port St Joe, FL 32456).
