He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Provost and Doris Wessel Provost; and his brother Robert Provost. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Provost; his daughter Patricia Conway (Tom); his grandchildren, Nolan and Kiera; his son Patrick Trotta (Tia); his grandchildren, Jonathan and Kalei; and his sister Delores Roth (Butch). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
