He is survived by: his girlfriend Antoinette Dinapoli; his children, John Spivey, Ron Spivey (Tracy) and Sherri; his friends, Betty Groves and Traci Spivey; and his siblings, Ralph Spivey (Betty), Ronald Patrick Spivey, Corenne Spivey and Dennis Spivey (Barb). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
