Cheryl DeCicco, 58, of Port Richey, FL, passed away suddenly on April 28, 2023. Born in New Brunswick, NJ, on March 23, 1965, she had a kind spirit and loved to make people laugh. She also loved animals. She is survived by her sisters Linda D'Urso and Debbie DeCicco; and her partner Chris P. Richards.
