It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lu Vern Mae Farber in Port Orange, Florida, born in Long Prairie, Minnesota, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Farber; her parents, Meta Haberkorn and Erich Haberkorn; her brother Ervin Haberkorn; and her daughters, Carlene Lange (Mark) of Pine River, MN and Sharon Mirtz (Tim) of Port Orange, FL.
She is survived by: her brother Norman Haberkorn (Shirley) of Long Prairie, MN; and her grandchildren, Christopher Lange (Ashlyn), Amanda Shelby (Brent) and Stormy Mirtz. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
