It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Deaton of Port Orange, Florida, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jean farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her parents, Lidie and Wilbur. She is survived by: her children, Bill, Jr. (Sharon) of Port Orange and Debbie Pleasants (David) of Stuart, VA; her siblings, Betty of Concord, NC and Jim (Rosalie) of Orlando, FL; her granddaughter Kaci Oliver (Trey) of Greensboro, NC; and her great grandchildren, Charlie and Fields.
