He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hasty and Doris Hasty (Jefferson); his brother Dean; and his sister-in-law Jane. He is survived by: his wife Anna Louise Teubel; his children, Greg Hasty (Heidi) of Daytona Beach, FL, Kris Hasty (Becky) of Geneva, IL and Karla Clarkson (Mark) of Auburn, WA.; his grandchildren, Alison Wilson (James), Madison Hardaway (Ray), Lauren Hasty and Colin Hasty; and his great grandchild Marcus Wilson.
