Dona Kowalig Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2024, at the age of 88, Dona Kowalig of Port Orange, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Travis and Ellsworth Travis; her husband Thomas; her daughter Candace Rakes; and her sisters, Mary Alice Deshesky and Barbara Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Kowalig, Patricia Lutz (Gary) and Dee Gibson (Peter); and her grandchildren, Heather Hancock (Nathan), Tommy Kowalig, Ronnie Rakes, Amanda Buckley (Chris), Dakota Lutz (Cheyenne), Mercedi Bennett (Kevin), Hilary Thompson (Josh), Aubrie Cusumano (Chris), Drew Gibson (Katherine), Beth Gibson-Stansfield (Alaistar), Ned Gibson (Megan) and Meredith Gibson. She is also survived by 21 Great grandchildren.
