She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Lynch and Myrta Lynch (Woodhull); her husband Harold T. Gilligan; her son Harold, Jr.; and her siblings, Annabelle Becker, Reda Moore, Betty Zeh, Frederick Lynch and Sidney Lynch.

She is survived by: her son Fredrick of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Christina (Yan Ping) of Reston, Virginia and Jason (Maggie) of Leesburg, Virgina; and her sister Ruth Blazure of New Jersey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
