He is survived by: his wife Sheri Smith of Port Charlotte, FL; his father James Smith of Fort Wayne, IN; his children, Drew Lebrecht (Emily) of Fort Wayne, IN, Amelia Barilla of Okeechobee, FL and Gavin Smith of Fort Wayne, IN; his mother-in-law Nancy Rebman of Port Charlotte; and his brother James Scott Smith of Freemont, IN. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews as well as his three beloved dogs.
