She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Vance and Sarah Vance (Bell); and her sisters, Becky and Ann Marie Vance. She is survived by: her husband Charles S. Harper; her daughters, Liz and Rebecca; her sister Melissa Vance; her niece Jennifer Anderson; and her nephew James Cooper.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (2500 Easy St, Port Charlotte, FL 33952). A burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens (1380 Forrest Nelson Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33949-4696).
