It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward Armstrong of Port Charlotte, Florida, born in Newton, New Jersey, who passed away on July 16, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Armstrong and Alice Armstrong of Newton, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Armstrong; his children, Robyn Privott (Christopher) and Robert E. Armstrong Jr.; his grandchildren, Nathan Armstrong (Emily), Justin Privott, Adrianna Privott and Morgan Privott; and his great grandchildren, Roman Armstong and Isaiah Armstrong. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
