He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne (Kubinski); his parents, Thomas Edward and Mary Bernadine (Mitchell); and his sister Virginia Allen (Albert). He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Witczak (Michael), April Rutherford and Jennifer Norman (Shawn Robertson); his grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel, Nolan, Kennedi MacDowell, Megan Sallis (Kyle), Kylee Rutherford, Kyle, Raice Norman and Seth Robertson; his great grandchildren, Mason and Kenzie Sallis; and his brothers, Thomas and James Condon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
