With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Earl Heitritter of Port Charlotte, Florida, born in Melvin, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2024 at the age of 75. Though Kenneth Earl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kenneth Earl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Carol Heitritter and Delores Heitritter (Dather); and his brother James "Jimmy". He is survived by: his wife Ellie Heitritter (Szpyrka) of Port Charlotte, FL; his daughters, Tracey Albrecht (Garon) of Wauconda, IL and Lyn Wenzon (Todd) of Crystal Lake, IL; his grandchildren, Lucas and Sydney Wenzon; and his siblings, Paul Heitritter (Joyce) of Melvin, IA, Rachel Wright (Wray J.) of Whiting, IA and Todd Heitritter (Anita) of Archer, IA.
