He was predeceased by: his brother Robert McKenna; and his son James Joseph McKenna, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie McKenna; his son Fred McKenna (Linda); his grandson Ben McKenna; his brother Ronald McKenna (Margaret); and his nieces and nephews, Eileen Mollahan, Maureen Jacobersen, Chris, Susan and Richard Weingarten.
