He was predeceased by: his mother Alice D. Bliss; his wife Juanita Bliss; and his siblings, Evelyn Worrel, Wanda Taylor and Ernest Bliss.
He is survived by: his father Stanley F. Bliss; and his siblings, Stanley A. Bliss (Connie), Wayne T. Bliss (Deloris) and Donna Hemm.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory (30195 Three Notch Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (3221 Mattawoman Beantown Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601).
