He was predeceased by: his brother Carroll; and his father Charles "Red" Mills. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his mother Aletha Mills; his brother Dennis Mills (Debbie); his daughters, Angela Michelle Jewell (Shawn) and Shana Lynn Lewandowski (Robert); his grandchildren, Justin Jewell, Tyler Jewell, Thomas Jr., Carter Dandino, Makenzie Lewandowski, Ariana Lewandowski and Courtney Tomlinson (Luke); his great grandchild Makayla Tomlinson; and his nephews, Kevin Mills, Clint Mills, Kyle Mills and Lance Mills.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
