He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Douglas; his son Dustin Douglas (Jessica); his granddaughter Olivia; his daughter Rachel Phillips (Brad); his stepdaughter Jessica Burnette (Zimiri); his grandchildren, Braylon, Adalaina, Elliston and Zaiden; his stepdaughter Jamie Williams (Anthony); his grandchildren, Audriella, Ariyah and Aurora; his mother Wanda Rosalie Douglas; his brother James Maxwell Jr. (Rebecca); his nephew James; his sister Meleea Dean; his niece Marie; his nephews, Steven and Joseph; his brother Timothy Douglas (Kimberly); and his nieces and nephews, Kara and TJ.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
