It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Alexandre of Port Charlotte, Florida, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Christine find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Mathieu and Adolph Mathieu; and her spouse Neptune Alexandre. She is survived by: her children, Carl, Lydie, Henri and Marie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel (2151 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33948). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church (1441 Spear St, Port Charlotte, FL 33948). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:15 AM at the Cemetery Restlawn Memorial Gardens (1380 Forrest Nelson Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33952).
