He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Charles H. Hemstreet IV (Carine) of Washington, Carolyn Pyle (Alexander) of Colorado and Dawn Creason (Lanny) of Pennsylvania; his brother William Hemstreet (Denise) of Pennsylvania; and his sister-in-law Karen Hemstreet of Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
