He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bailey and Thelma Bailey; and his brother Thomas Franklin Bailey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Lilly; his siblings, Marie Bailey (Crapsey), Pam Pyles (Bailey) and Terry Bailey (Debi); his children, Jeffery, Rodney, Bryan Bailey, Michael Lilly and Tammy Vaughn (Charles); his grandchildren, Zachary Kramer, Jeffrey Bailey Jr., Nicholas Bailey (Morgan), Kenneth Bennett, Lucas Bailey, Bryanna Bailey, Kayley Vaughn and Cassidy Vaughn; and his great grandchildren, Ivy Lucy and Benjamin Bailey.

Viewing was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home (9400 Indian Spgs Cemetery, Punta Gorda, FL 33950).
