He is survived by : his father Bruce Putman (Marilyn) of Fort Myers, Fla.; his wife Susan of Port Charlotte; his children, Bradley of Port Charlotte, Mackenzie "Kenzie" of Port Charlotte and Andrew of Port Charlotte; and his sisters, Lisa Dempsey of Port Charlotte and Marion Putman of Port Charlotte.
