He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Adams and Josephine Adams; his wife Shirley; his daughters, Roxann Schneder (Tim), Becky Szeghi (Scott) and Mary Jo Miller (Steve); and his grandchildren, Tonya, Melissa, Shannon, Joey, Adam, Nathan, Ryan and Tyler.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
