She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn McNitt Sr. and Aurelia. She is survived by: her brother Lynn Jr.; her husband Clifford Gillis; her children, Cynthia Lee Gitz (Ralph) and Richard E. Brown Sr. (Valerie) of Ohio; and her adoptive daughters, Nichole Gillis and Jamie Wilcox (Lester). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
