He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kotsis and Pearl Yohn Kotsis; his siblings, Pat Murphy and Orvin Kotsis; and his brother-in-law Richard Marszalek.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Kotsis; his children, Kim Claudio (Anthony) and Kevin Kotsis (Terri); his grandchildren, Alyssa Yungkurth (Derek), Michael Claudio, Josh Kotsis (Katie), Julia Kotsis and Jordan Kotsis; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Amelia, Rosie and Cooper; his siblings, Mary Marszalek and Joe Kotsis; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Kotsis and Phillip Murphy.
