He is survived by: his wife Monica; his daughters, Debbie Snyder, Cynthia Greene (Tim), Pie Cook (Bryan) and Laura Swingle (Don); his great grandchild Bob; his parents, Anna An and Robert E. Jacoby Sr. An; and his son Bob. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren.
