He is survived by: his wife Lois Manocchia (Pantalone); his children, Susan Sabella (Steven) and Michael Manocchia; his granddaughters, Sarah Buitrago (Walter), Madeleine and Alison Manocchia; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Luke Buitrago.
Those gifts came back to him during his illness through the care and kindness he received from the doctors and nurses in the Covid Unit at Baptist Hospital South in Jacksonville, Florida and at Haven House in Orange Park, Florida.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Gary Sinise Foundation, Emergency COVID-19 Combat Service.
