He was predeceased by: his father Maurice "Big Kuch" Kuchar. He is survived by: his mother Jeanette "Jay" Kuchar (Matthews); his wife Meg; his son Matt (Sybil); his grandchildren, Cameron and Carson; his daughter Rebecca Krutz (Patrick); his grandchildren, Tripp, Thomas and Ellie; and his siblings, Mark, Gregg and Nancy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville, K9's For Warriors, or Always Going ministries.
