She is survived by: her children, Padmaja Pillai and Dr. Dilip Pillai; her daughter-in-law Deepti Pillai; her grandchildren, Preetha Pillai Gist (Robert Gist), Vinu Pillai (Charene Pillai), Natasha Pillai and Anika Pillai; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Orion, Adrian and Maximus.
