He was predeceased by: his parents, John Huppmann and Louise Huppmann; his former wife Carole (Christopher-Huppmann); and his brothers, Philip and Timothy Huppmann.

He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Olivia-Huppmann; his sister Mary Lechner (Joe); his son Michael (Susan); his stepchildren, Kim, Renee and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Jeff (Chelsea), Taylor, Danielle, Justin, Olivia, Noelle and Isabella. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
