He is survived by: his wife Monica Gaw Moore; his children, Edith Moore-Hubert of Jacksonville, FL, Ted Moore (Ellen) of Jacksonville, FL, Liz Tiseo (Paul) of Jacksonville, FL, Eileen Cavanaugh (Jim) of Jacksonville, FL and Stephen Moore of Woodstock, GA; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Shumake (Jon), Tyler Moore (Lindsay), Daniel Hubert, Jr., Patrick Hubert, Olivia Tiseo, Sophia Tiseo, Abigail Cavanaugh and Allison Cavanaugh; his great grandchild Carson Moore; his sister Judy Matson of Pensacola, FL; and his former wife Patricia Malone Moore of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
