It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Cope Vaughn of Ponte Vedra, Florida, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert A. Vaughn; her parents, Dana Cope and Lakie Church Cope; her sister Virginia Sullivan (Howard Sullivan); and her niece Betty Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Burgess (Bill) of Kingsport, TN and Linda Goldsmith (Fred) of Ponte Vedra, FL; her grandchildren, Bill Parham (Shelly), Martha Diehl (Jared), Rebekah Garrett and Christin Payne (Lenny); her great grandchildren, Chase, Lindsay Diehl, Jack and Ava Garrett; and her niece Doris Holbert.
