Barbara Carey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 89, Barbara Carey of Ponte Vedra, Florida, born in Waterloo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Kenny and Grace Kenny (Brownell); her sons, William Carey (Deanna) and David Carey (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lisa, Erin, Matthew and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Lennon, Liam and Reagan. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

A mass will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 18, 2021, at St. Paul's Catholic Church - 435 1st Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, (904) 249-2600 - immediately followed by the inurnment service at Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery - 4750 Palm Valley Road, Ponte Vedra Beach , FL 32082.In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude's Children Hospital via the link below.
