With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrez Anthony Collazo of Ponte Vedra, Florida, who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Andrez Anthony shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Andrez Anthony farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parent Chastity Gray. He is survived by: his father Anthony Collazo; his brother Giovanni Collazo; and his stepparents, Gineska Collazo and Jermaine Gray. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Grandparents.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ponte Vedra Valley Funeral Home (4750 Palm Vly Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
