He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy M. Serafini and Nello Serafini. He is survived by: his wife Susan Stenberg Serafini; his children, Nancy Croft (Kent) of Baltimore and Richard Serafini, Jr. (Karrie) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Dylan, Austin, Eliza and Angelina; and his sisters, Linda Mason (Doug) and Laura Jones Pembroke (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
