He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Cassidy and Joyce Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cassidy (Debbie); his son Dr. Richard J. Cassidy III (Rick); his daughter-in-law Morgan Cassidy; his daughters, Caitlin (Matt Laurence) and Kelly (Jon Shaffer); his grandchildren, Richard J. Cassidy IV (RJ), Miles Cassidy and Madison Shaffer; and his sisters, Dr. Susan Cassidy of Naples, FL and Joy Cassidy of Yulee, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
