He is survived by: his wife Vickey Abernethy Lewis; his daughters, Annette McGilvray (Timothy) and Dollie Poe; his son-in-law Tom Paterson; and his grandchildren, Samantha McGilvray, Madison Poe, Brooke Peterson and Christopher Peterson.
