She is survived by: her husband Richard Sullivan of Ponte Vedra, FL; her children, Lang Smith (Summer) of Jacksonville, FL and Margaret Smith of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Sydney Smith and Waverly Smith of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings, Flo Kinney (Steve) of Franklin and Frank Stallworth (Kim) of Memphis, TN.
