He was predeceased by: his parents, Bazzar Fowler and Louise Fowler; his wife Kate Mitchell; and his brother Romaine Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Purvis (Kenny) of Glennville, Georgia and Leslie Aleman (Eric); his nieces, Lara Smith (John) of Jacksonville, Leigh Schermock (Andy Buescher) of Jacksonville and Sherrie Wilcher of Jacksonville; and his pet Molly.
