He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Foley and Louise Foley; his wife Sue; his son Zack (Anna); his stepsister Trish; his niece Jacqueline; his grandchildren, Matt, Josh, Nic Foley, Samantha and Jack Elder; and his brother Bill Foley. He was also cherished by his three children, parents and siblings.
