It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Folladori of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay Folladori to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Folladori and Sarah Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jason and Lindsey; his grandchildren, JD and Leo; his brother Marc; and his sister-in-law Mary. He is also survived by children from Houston, Texas; cousins in Memphis, TN; many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
