He is survived by: his wife Jeanette C. Smith; his sons, Richard Smith (Lisa) and David Smith (Nancy); his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Bradley Smith, Natalie Smith, Madeline Smith and Zachary Smith; and his siblings, Raymond Smith and Kathleen Braman (Craig).
