He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Garner Briggs and Charles L. Palmer, Jr.; and his brother Charles L. Palmer III. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Eleanor Zimmermann Palmer; his daughter Lisa Dawn Palmer of Jacksonville Beach; and his pet Trixie Noelle.
