He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Winter and Jack Winter. He is survived by: his son Andrew; his wife Agnes; his sister Cindy Winter; his niece Alexis of Aledo, Texas; and his parents-in-law, Herb and Lucy Anderson of Venice, Florida..
