He was predeceased by: his former wife Joan Ishee Brock. He is survived by: his children, Kevin and Chrystal Waugaman; his granddaughter Raelynn; his wife Vicky Mosher Waugaman Brock of Ponte Vedra, FL; his daughter Susan Lynn Brock Dondero (John) of Nocatee, FL; his grandchildren, Isabel, Nicholas Dondero, Kevin Waugaman (Jessica), Elliott and Zachary Waugaman; and his siblings, Betty Ann Levitin, William Brock (Barbara) and Mark Brock.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dave Brock's name to Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.
