“To Chris's loved ones, I met Chris through a mutual friend and got to hang out with him a few times, we exchanged numbers and used to text eachother. We would have incredibly deep, personal conversations, I didn't know him super well but he was very easy to talk to as the vibes I got from him were very easy and comfortable, he had a very kind, peaceful, welcoming presence. I was uncharacteristically comfortable around him almost immediately and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to gain a friendship with a genuinely decent human being. Chris was always very kind to me and always had a way to show me the positive way to look at a situation. Chris was a good man and I feel blessed to have met him, I am so deeply sorry for your loss, my heart aches for you. I know there are no words strong enough or put together in a way that can make the pain go away or make sense of this for you. I will pray for you to receive peace in this time and acceptance. You do not know me but my thoughts and sympathy are with your family at this time. Sincerely,”
